This picture reminds me of a story I read about. This patient was in a hospital in India recovering from eye surgery. Well I guess they have a problem with ants there, and for like 5 hours no one noticed the screaming from this guy, ants were attacking his eye ball that had just been operated on!
Put that in your pipe and smoke it!
