everybody needs it at times, to restore the sanity. Make it legal!
Today is the Bithday of Lord Shiva, a hindu mythological god, and a National holiday in Nepal, who live high in Himalayas and smokes cannabis, to keep his cool. Sadhus from everywhere gather here today to have a bath in river Bagmati and smoke cannabis, paying tribute to Lord Shiva. More recently, the Government have cracked down on them and they complain that thay are not getting enough of it here and it is more frequently available in India.
