It happens in the nerrow streets of Kathmandu that the direction of one way lanes changes frequently, leaving the drivers baffled. Every new traffic police officer has his own ideas.

Lol. I like the block system in the USA/Canada. When I lived in Ottawa for a while I STILL managed to get lost (even on a grid system) when walking home. THank God no one let me drive- and that definately wouldn't have helped any!
thats just confusing! :-P
