I get the message "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" Does anyone out there know what this means??? I hate 2 just reset my computer 2 factory! I lose soooo much data.... If U have sent me a direct e-mail, I haven't gotten it, that's why I haven't replied!!! Keep sending them 'til ya hear from me... ']
