INDIA has plenty LAWS banning CHILD LABOR
and POLLUTING INDUSTRIES
and HOURS OF WORK, etc.
but the ENFORCEMENT Machinery is inadequate
in INDIA u can get away with most anything, icluding having 2 or more wives
the point is USA, UK and the Weatern World cannot compete with INDIA and CHINA wrt low cost goods and Services
like OBAMA says
