that's funny, I remember seeing this for the first time after I watched a movie at the cinema which made it more funny. LOL
The current Govt. is planning to further increase the reservation quotas. Naturally everyone is pissed off. Its ridiculous that people should get access to education based on their ancestry instead on their merits. But as politics insists, power comes first and there's no power without pacifying the "lower castes". So well....
This is just the same thing George Bush does to maintain his presidency in the US..... introduce conservative laws like the banning of Gay marriages - because the vast population of the US is conservative... and he needs their vote.
Its happening everywhere....
